This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and HomeSpark, Inc. (“HomeSpark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the HomeSpark mobile application available through the Apple App Store (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA, our Terms of Service (https://homespark.ai/terms), and our Privacy Policy (https://homespark.ai/privacy). If you do not agree to this EULA, do not download, install, or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, HomeSpark grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s App Store Terms of Service, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features and enhanced capabilities. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
